As a public benefit company, we can assist businesses by identifying appropriate properties, introducing businesses to local government and business leaders, and providing financial incentives. Available incentives include taxable and tax-exempt bond financing, elimination of sales tax on material and equipment used for manufacturing, the establishment of payment in lieu of taxes agreements (PILOTs) for the reduction of property taxes, and the elimination of the mortgage recording tax.
