Overview
The Hospitality Technology Department offers: the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Resort and Recreation Service Management, Associate in Applied Science degrees in Gaming & Casino Management, Travel & Tourism, Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. All students complete co-ops and internships. A unique feature of the BBA degree is the final semester is spent working with the employer of studentsÕ choice, in a paid capstone experience which prepares them for career success.
